"O" - The letter O preceding a Vol. number indicates that the order is recorded in one of the series of Old Order Books numbered from "1" to "41", inclusive, and running from the year 1801 to the year 1863. |
"N" - The letter N preceding a Vol. number indicates that the order is recorded in a later series of Order Books, numbered from "1" to "4", and running from the year 1873 to the year 1880. |
"S" - The letter S preceding a Vol. number indicates that the order is recorded in Superior Court Order Book. (One Book from 1809 to 1818.) |
"D" - The letter D preceding a Vol. number indicates that the order is recorded in Declaration Book. (One Book from 1854 to 1862.) |
