481. Lucy Bell Albright

I could find no marriage Record of Lucy's marriage to Lindsay Fluharty in
Wetzel or Tyler Counties, only Wetzel County Birth Record of children, Francis and Alice Evaline Fluharty.

In 1928 Lucy married Lindsay's brother George Russell Fluharty.

Margaret was a member of Folsom United Methodist Church.


543. Inez Marie Myers

Inez and her husbend Norman owned the Highway Restaurant at Galmish, WV. She
was a former school teacher in Wetzel County.


545. Flossie "Ted" Myers

Wheeling News Register, Wheeling, WV; obituray 3 Apr 1987: Flossie Myers
Riggenbach, 79, of Care Haven Nursing Home, Sistersville, formerly of New
Martinsville, died Thursday in Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville. She
was a member of the Steelton Church of Christ, New Martinsville. Her residence
was RFD (Limestone Ridge) New Martinsville, where she and George owned a large
operating dairy farm.


George R. Riggenbach

George taught in Wetzel County, WV school system for 47 continuous years,
beginning his teaching career at the age of 17. Each summer he attended
college to upgrade his teaching certificate until he finally accumulated enough
hours to get a degree from West Liberty State College. His first school
teaching job was in 1923 at the Bland's Run School. Other schools in the
county where he taught were Vernon, Silver Hill, Mt. Olive, Limestone, Pride of
Green, Sheilder, Mt. Jacob, Friendship, Brooklyn and the last 13 years were at
Steelton. His salary was $60 a month when he first started teaching, so he
farmed for 45 years. For 20 years he operated a dairy farm until two years
prior to his teaching retirement, and had to get up at 3:30 a.m. so he could
get the milking and chores done before going to school. His activities also
included as early morning run of one mile before breakfast. At the time of his
retirement he still had a 25 head herd of Black Angus beef cattle.


546. Mearldine Myers

Obituray: Wheeling News-Reister, Wheeling, WV 6 Apr 1987
Merldine Myers, 78, of New Martinsville Health Care Center, died Saturday at
the center. She was a Methodist......also preceded in death by her (ex)
husband, Delbert Grimes, a daughter, Betty Lou Scott; four brothers, a sister.
Surviving are a son, Robert Latimer of Paden City; two brothers, Milton Myers
and Melvin Myers, both of New Martinsville: two sisters, Inez Earle of New
Martinsville and Evelyn Grimes of New Cumberland, W.Va.


547. Neason George Myers

Neason died of a heart attack while working on a dozer near his brother
Milton's home. He had eaten lunch with them that day. He belonged to the
Wetzel Lodge No. 39 A.F. & A.M..


Ethel Louise Morris

Her obiturary listed the following brother and sisters: Jim Morris of
Baltimore; Mary Jane Hayes and Janet Dunlap, both of Jacksonburg, WV; Balel
Copenhaver of Colliers, WV; Pearl Hayes of Hundred; and Merl McIntre of
Parkersburg; 12 grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
