ADOLPH VICTOR KUNTZ, JR, born 17 December 1922 in St. Marys, Pleasants County, W.Va., was the son of Adolph Kuntz and Reubenia Mildred Isreal, married in Pleasants County in 1921. His wife was Maxie Jennette/Jeannette Riggs (1922-2001), born in St. Marys, the daughter of George K. Riggs and Grace Weekly. They had a daughter, Marsha Lynne Kuntz (1941-2016).
