OBITUARY: GROVER C. SECKMAN - Corporal Grover C. Seckman was born in Pleasants County March 29, 1889 and was killed October 24 [sic], 1918, aged 29 years, 6 months and 25 days. - He was called to the colors on Sept. 18, 1917. He was one of the first boys to go from Belmont to fight for our Liberty. In May he left for France and had done his part in winning a grand victory. - He is survived by his father and mother, brother and three sisters and a host of friends. -- Submitted by Bryan Doak Bills to the Pleasants County WVGenWeb.
