WILLIAM BLAINE ROLLINS, JR., born 9 October 1948 in Parkersburg, Wood County, W.Va. (per W.Va. Memory Project), was the son of William B. Rollins, Sr. and Sara Bell(e) Auville, married in Ritchie County, W.Va. in 1941. The family is found in the 1950 census.

St. Marys is stated as the "Home of Record" in his military records. He is named in a 1988 news article as a fallen soldier who was being honored in St. Marys.
