JOSEPH LEE RINEHART, born 19 November 1947 in Ohio, was the son of Albert Eugene Rinehart and Carrie Dayle Glover, married in Marion County, W.Va. in 1941. The family is found in the 1950 census of Pleasants County, W.Va.

FATHER'S OBITUARY: Albert E. Rinehart - West Melbourne, FL - Albert E. Rinehart, 92, of West Melbourne, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014. A native of Fairview, West Virginia, Albert moved to Florida in 1986 from Belmont, WV. - He was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Marys. He was also a member of the Eagle's Club. - Albert started Ironworking in 1942 and traveled the US working, but spent 20 years before retirement in Nitro, WV working for the Ironworkers' Union, to which he belonged to Locals 787 & 549. A true outdoorsman, Albert loved hunting, fishing, and shrimping. - Albert was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters, two sons, and two grandchildren. - He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Carrie Rinehart of West Melbourne, FL; two sons: Jerry (Marylou) Rinehart of Welaka, FL and Tom (Debbie) Rinehart of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Julie (John Griffin) Rinehart of Akron, OH; daughter-in-law: Lyn Rinehart of Melbourne, FL; sister, Alberta Haught of St. Marys, WV; eight grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. - A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, (5/1) at 11AM at Fountainhead Funeral Home.
MOTHER'S OBITUARY: Carrie Dayle (Glover) Rinehart 95 passed away on June 15, 2019 peacefully in her sleep, in Melbourne, Florida. She was born in Metz, West Virginia to Wilbur and Dorothy Glover the first of 11 children and a lifelong stay at home mom. She was the widow of Albert Eugene Rinehart; they shared 72 years of marriage together. - She was a home maker for 95 years, raising 4 boys Albert Wayne, Jerry Allen, Joseph Lee, Tommy Ray and daughter Julie Ellen. All were raised and schooled in St. Mary’s, West Virginia. Carrie was a long time member of the First Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. A proud member of the Gold Star Mothers, due to the loss of her son Joe in the Vietnam War. She enjoyed squirrel hunting, fishing, shrimping, bingo, gambling and going to the dog track to watch the races. - She is survived by children Jerry Allen (Marylou), Tommy Ray (Debbie) and Julie Ellen (John). Carrie leaves her only sibling, Gertrude (Aunt Gert) Lemley, Fairmont, WV. 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by sons Joseph Lee and Albert Wayne, daughter in law Lyn Rinehart, spouse Albert Eugene, Great Grandson Tanner Michael Parker, son of Stacy Lee Rinehart Parker, and Granddaughter Melissa Rinehart, daughter of Tom Rinehart. - The memorial service and celebration of lives for Carrie and Albert will be in St. Mary's, West Virginia, May 25, 2020.
