I, hereby, make my will--the assets to be distributed as follows:

     After all funeral expenses (800.00), headstone($150.00) the same as on
my wife, Ida's grave.

     Then one thousand dollars ($1000.00) in War Bonds, Face Value, to St.
James Lutheran Church, Trustee, as a memorial for "Mr. & Mrs. August
Friebertshauser".

      Five hundred dollars ($500.00) to : Miss Gertrude Friebertshauser,
Mrs. Herman Sittig, Mrs. Ida Kling, and Mrs. Frank Muenze

      The following persons receive:  Miss Leada M. Cook $500.00, Mrs. Olga
Ebberts $1000.00; $500.00 to each of the following: Joint Synd of Ohio, for
missions, Lutheran Orient Mission Society (Rev. Alfred K. Boerger),
Lizzie Weimer, Callie Degan, Sophia Farrier, Lutheran Mission Dayton, 
              
       Any remainder of my estate is to be distributed to St. James Church.

       I hereby, appoint Earl D. Friebertshauser, as adminstrator of my
estate (without bond).
