THE  WILL  OF FRANCIS HUBERT MUENZE


I, Francis Hubert Muenze, of Bloomingdale, Jefferson County, Ohio,
being of full age and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by
me heretofore made.  
     ITEM ONE.  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease.
     ITEM TWO.  I give and bequeath the sum of five hundred dollars
($500.00) and the automobile that I may own at the time of my decease, to
my daughter, RUTH E. MUESEGAES, Bloomingdale, Ohio, absolutely and in fee
simple.
     ITEM THREE.  All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, Both
real and personal, or mixed, wheresoever situate, bequeath to my children,
Namely: RUTH E. MUESEGAES, Bloomingdale, Ohio, MARTHA C. HOSSO, Martins
Ferry, Ohio, and EARL FRANCIS MUENZE, Wintersville, Ohio, share and share
alike, absolutely and in fee simple.
     ITEM FOUR.  I make, nominate and appoint RICHARD SCHNEIDER and EARL
FRANCIS MUENZE of Bloomingdale, Ohio and Wintersville, Ohio, respectively,
to be the Co-Executors of this, my last Will and Testament, hereby
authorizing and empowering my said co-executors to compound, compromise,
settle and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or against my estate;
and to sell, at private or public sale, at such prices and upon such terms
of credit or otherwise, as they may deem best, the whole or any part of my
real or personal property, and  to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds
and other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to the purchaser or
purchasers.  No purchaser from my co-executors need see to the application
of the purchase money to or for the purposes of the trust, but the receipt
of my co executors shall be a complete discharge and acquittance therefor. 
I request that no bond be required of my said co-executors.
     IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at Steubenville, Ohio,
this 2nd day of December, 1965.

Henry Muenze.  He was married to Otillia Friebertshauser daughter of
Augusta Fischer Friebertshauser and August Friebertshauser Sr.)
