THE WILL OF HENRY EICHENBERG Contributed by Pamela Spring. Ohio County, Wheeling, West Virginia "Henry Eichenberg Will" I, Henry EIchenberg, being of ill health, but of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. Item 1. I appoint my beloved wife Louise Eichenberg, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament and direct her to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. But it is my request and I direct that no security be required of her as such executrix. Item 2. After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, and the expenses connected with the administration of my estate, I give and bequeath all my personal property, wherever the same may be unto my beloved wife Louise Eichenberg, to be hers absolutely. Item 3. I give devise and bequeath all the real estate, wherever situate, after the life estate therein of my said wife has terminated in fee simple unto my nine children namely, Anna, Julia, Louise, Henry, Frederick, Ingeburg, Josephine, Oscar, and Emma, in equal shares.
