JOHN KEENAN "WILL" LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I John Keenan of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and desiring to make such disposition of my wordly estate as I deem best, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils what so ever by me made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as conveniently may be and to that and charge my whole estate, real and personal, with the same. SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath to David G. Keenan, my son, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars THIRD: I give devise, and bequeath, to Daniel W. Keenan, my son, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. FOURTH: I give, devise,and bequeath, to John Keenan, my son, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. FIFTH: I give, devise, and bequeath, to Thomas J. Keenan, my son, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. SIXTH: I give, devise, and bequeath, to Elizabeth Burns, my daughter, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. SEVENTH: I give, devise, and bequeath, to Samuel S. Keenan, my son, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. EIGHTH: I give, devise, and bequeath to Mary M. Bero, my daughter, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. NINTH: I give, devise, and bequeath, to Robert Keenan, my son, the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars. TENTH: After all of the above bequests have been paid, I give, devise, and bequeath, to Margaret J. Keenan, my beloved wife, all my property both real and personal, Money, Notes, Bonds, and Securities for Money, to have and to hold the same for her own use and benefit, and at her death if anything remains, to be divided equally, share and share alike between my sons and daughters. I nominate and appoint Margaret J. Keenan to be the executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and no bond shall be required.
