In the name of God, Amen. I, John Muldrew of Wheeling, do make and constitute and publish this, my last will and testament.
I will and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Sarah Ann, all my property, whether real, personal or mixed and any all interest and estate or title I have in the same.
And I do hereby make and appoint my said wife administratrix and my friend James McKee of Wheeling Executor of this my last will and testament, and it is my wish that the Court shall not and will not require of them any security on taking out letters testamentary and that no security be required of them my said Executor and Executrix, Witness my hand and seal this 16 day of January 1857.

The last will and testament of John Muldrew, deceased, was this day produced in Court for probate, and proved by the oaths of Zachariah Jacob, James McKee and Enos R. Bartleson, subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly sworn, severally deposed and said that the testator was of sound mind and signed the will in their presence, and in the presence of each other. Thereupon said will was ordered to be recorded.
