The Will of FRANCIS B. HORNBROOK Submitted by Mariana Zuelsdorf. Francis B Hornbrook. S. Will (#470) I, Francis. B. Hornbrook of Wheeling Virginia do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses my will is that all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal go to and be vested in my beloved wife Rachel to have and to hold the same for her sue and for the rearing and education of my children and after her decease then my will is that all my said estate decend (sic) to and be vested in my children or the survivors of them share and share alike To have and to hold the same unto my said children and the survivors of them and to their heirs and assigns forever And I. do nominate and appoint my brothers Thomas and Jacob Hornbrook executors of this my last will and testament and I do authorize and empower my said executors in their discretion should they deem it expedient to sell such part or parts of my real estate as they shall judge to be for the interest of my family either for the payment of debts or for the purpose of investing the proceeds in some other estate or in some other mode.
