JOSEPHUS McINTIRE

Josephus and Rebecca (Seaman) McIntire were the parents of four 
children, of whom Robert and Hester are living.  Josephus McIntire 
first saw the light in the year 1806, on the farm now occupied by his 
son Robert, the subject of this sketch (See Robert McIntire).  He 
died March 2, 1888.  His wife was born in 1808, in Ohio county, W. 
Va.  Josephus McIntire was one of the most prominent farmers in 
Brooke county, where he lived and worked all his life.
