GEORGE W. KINSEY George W. KINSEY, B. S., D. V. S., is a verterinary surgeon of note in Wheeling, West Virginia, and is respected by his many acquaintances as a dutiful citizen and firm friend. Mr. Kinsey was born at Mount Pleasant, Ohio, May 12, 1866. The greater part of his life was spent there and he came to Wheeling in 1898, only a few years ago. After securing a high school education he entered Michigan Agricultural College, and graduated with honor in 1890. He afterward took a course in the Chicago Veterinary College, and graduated there also. With a thorough knowledge of his profession, he commenced practicing at Mount Pleasant, Ohio, and made that place his home until 1898. His office is at No. 931 Market street, Wheeling, and he enjoys a very active practice. His religious views are liberal.
