"HENRY AHLBORN WILL" Will book #7, page 18 - Ohio County In the name of God, Amen, I Henry Ahlborn of the City of Virginia, being in ill health but of sound and disprosing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last ill and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, I hereby, constitute and appoint my beloved wife Fredericka Ahlborn, to be sole executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby directing my said executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate. I also desire and direct that my wife Fredericka Ahlborn, shall not be required to give any bond with any security for the performance of her duty as the executrix of this my last will and testament. Second: After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I will and bequeath unto each one of my children as follows towit: To my son Frederick Ahlborn, Jr. the sum of Five Dollars, To my son Henry Ahlborn, the sum of Five Dollars, To my son Louis Ahlborn, the sum of Five Dollars, To my son Charles Ahlborn the sum of Five Dollars, to my daughter Louise Ahlborn the sum of Five Dollars, to my daughter Whelmina Ahlborn, the sum of Five Dollars, to my daughter Emma Ahlborn, the sum of Five Dollars and to my son William Ahlborn, the sum of Five Dollars to be paid to each one of them as soon after my decease, but within one year as conveniently may be done. Third: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife and executrix Fredericka Ahlborn all of the rest and residue of my personal estate that I may own or be possessed of at the time of my decease, including money, bonds, bills, notes, claims and demands of whatever nature to be for her own separate absolute use behalf and benefit forever. Fourth: I devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife and executrix Fredericka Ahlborn, all the real estate that I may own or be possessed of in law, at the time of my decease, to be for here own separate absolute use behalf and benefit forever. In witness whereof, I Henry Ahlborn the testator, have to this my last will and testament, written upon this one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal this 16th day of October A.D. 1887.
