This photo is the Keystone #1 Preparation Plant/Tipple at Keystone. It is still in operation today, although in a much different form. This picture is taken viewing the back of the tipple loadout area and the old power generation plant. One of the men in the doorway of the powerplant is my grandfather, Clyde Lambert Sr. of Elkhorn WV.
