CLARICE VIVIAN (ELLER) STANLEY, a resident of Martins Ferry, Ohio, is revered by all who know her. A warm and wonderful woman, she is a pillar of the Ohio Valley Genealogy Community.

     Clarice was born November 8, 1923 at Taylors Ridge, Marshall County, West Virginia. Her parents, Berrell Eller and Florence Arlena Blake, were descendants of early pioneer families of Marshall and Wetzel Counties in West Virginia.

CLARICE ELLER married JOHN HENRY STANLEY, 22 July 1950, at St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Wheeling, WV. John was Clerical Worker for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Yorkville, OH and retired in 1983. He died 25 Sept 1993.
