SATTERF1ELD, HOWARD ERNEST (Republican). Address Fairmont, West Virginia. Born in Marion county July 3, 1885; lived on a farm until he was sixteen years old; educated in the common schools, Union Business College and Fairmont State Normal; took a course in the American Correspondence School of Law, Chicago; after leaving the farm worked in mines and was also engaged in the meat and grocery business for a number of years; was manager of a meat market for four years for the Wise Packing Company, of Fairmont; is now a special representative of the Reserve Loan Life Insurance Company of Indianapolis, with an office in Fairmont; elected as one of the representatives from Marion county in 1920; served on standing committees of the House, in the regular session of 1921, as follows: Elections and Privileges, Arts, Sciences and General Improvements, Forfeited and Unappropriated Lands.
