Floyd Kelly or Kelley, b. 17 Nov 1817, probably in Giles or Monroe Counties, Virginia. d. abt 1888 in Independence Co. AR; bur. Lee's Chapel Cemetery near Sandtown, AR; son of Thornton Kelly & Margaret "Peggy" Wiatt; Floyd m. 20 Dec 1838 in Fayette Co. VA to Martha J. Bradley, b. 3 Mar 1819 in VA, daughter of Joshua Bradley & Harriett Vealey. Floyd & Martha were on the 1850 Kanawha Co. census.
