This census was taken by Clifton and Lila Funkhouser in 1979. They recorded many Hardy County cemeteries and generously wanted their work made available to the public; therefore, they gave a copy to the Hardy County Public Library. It is reproduced here with permission from the Library.

These burials are on the present (in 1979) Wilmer Neff farm. These two burial plots are separated by perhaps 150 feet and lie along a fence row just North of the Walter Neff place that runs toward the river. They are perhaps 200 yards from the South Fork Road - about 2.5 miles South of Moorefield.
