This census was taken by Clifton and Lila Funkhouser in 1974. They
recorded many Hardy County cemeteries and generously wanted their
work made available to the public; therefore, they gave a copy to the
Hardy County Public Library. It is reproduced here with permission
from the Library.
This
cemetery is located in Bean Settlement about two miles East of Robert
Bakers home (8-29-1974), who lives near Asbury Church.

Cemetery is unfenced, with parts of the wooden fence lying around. Lilac,
cedar and other bushes are overgrown but probably keeps nearby cattle from pushing
over the stones.
In addition to above stones, there are at least seven unmarked plain
field stones marking graves. Approximate size of this cemetery is 50
by 60 feet.
