Fire in Mine at Melville, Logan Co, WV

Thursday evening, January 19, 2006, a fire began at the mine and two miners did not made it out. Their bodies were found Saturday, Jan 21, 2006. Our prayers go out to these men and their families.

The deceased miners are 33 year old Don Isreal Bragg and 47 year old Ellery "Elvis" Hatfield.
