Conjugal condition, Single. Legal condition: Jas. Elliott, Dalis, Marshall County. Age is stated as 24. Father, James Elliott, received his effects.
Parents are likely James Elliott and Susan/Susannah (Jones), residents of West Finley, Washington County, Pa. in 1850 and Wheeling in 1860. W.Va. Adj. Gen. record states he was a Corporal; maybe an error.
