Cameron Magisterial District.

ED 45. Includes Village of Loudenville, and Village of Glen Easton. Excludes Cameron City. [T625/1952, Pt. 2, Sheets 223-235.]

ED 46. Cameron City. Includes Bridge, Greenwood, Locust, Maple, North, Patterson, Virginia, Wansburg (sic), & Zinerman Avenues; Crawford Hill, Glass House Hill, & School House Hill; and Cinder, East End, Hall, Howard, Main, Milligan, Monroe, Rail Road, Walnut & West End Streets. [T625/1952, Pt. 2, Sheets 236-260.]

Note: The researcher should be aware that this ED was poorly written by the enumerator. It contains many illegible entries, numerous misspellings of names, States, countries, etc. The numerical sequence of families and abodes is also incorrect.

Clay Magisterial District.

ED 47. Includes Big Grave Creek, Fork Ridge, Kansas Ridge, Middle Grave Creek, Roberts Ridge, and Round Bottom Roads. [T625/1952, Pt. 2, Sheets 261-270.]

Franklin Magisterial District

ED 48. No road or street names are listed in the enumeration of this District. ED 48 is defined as being all that part of the district north of a line beginning at the mouth of Fish Creek and following the same to the mouth of Long Run, thence with Long Run to County bridge, thence with the Rine Ridge road leading southeast. [T625/1952, Pt. 2, Sheets 271-276.]

ED 49. No road or street names are listed in the enumeration of this District. ED 49 is defined as being all that part of the district south of a line beginning at the mouth of Fish Creek and following the same to the mouth of Long Run, thence with Long Run to County bridge, thence with the Rine Ridge road leading southeast. Liberty Magisterial District

ED 50. Defined as being “all the district north of a line beginning in district line where Fish Creek crosses line between Liberty and Meade districts, thence up said creek to Hart’s Run, thence up said run to the Pennsylvania state line”. Includes the following Roads: Andersonville, Bellton, Bruhn Ridge, Cameron Ridge, Cedar Point, Dickson Ridge, Fish Creek, Fish Ridge, Four Mile Run, Goshorn Ridge, Harts Run, Harts Run Stream, Maggotty Run, McCuskey, Pig Run Ridge, Ramp Hollow, Reid Ridge, Squirrel Alley, Tumel Hill, Woodruff, and Across Head of Big Run Road. ED 51. No road names are listed in the enumeration of this District. Defined as being “all the district south of a line beginning in district line where Fish Creek crosses line between Liberty and Meade districts, thence up said creek to Hart’s Run, thence up said run to the Pennsylvania state line”. Meade Magisterial District

RON HEISE

RON

     Ronald Louis Heise was born on September 23, 1931 in Wheeling. He graduated from Wheeling High School in 1949 and went to West Virginia University after serving in the U. S. Army for two years. He graduated in l957 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 1957 he was employed as an Archivist by the National Archives in Washington, D. C. and he worked there until retirement in 1988. He married his only wife, Barbara, in 1953 and they reside in Moundsville. They have one son and one grandson.

RONALD LOUIS HEISE, 79, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Tuesday, November 02, 2010, in Heartland Rehabilitation Center, Bridgeport, OH, after a long illness.

Mr. Heise was born September, 23, 1931 in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Louis and Rosella Harangozo Heise.

He attended school in Warwood and Wheeling, graduated from Wheeling High School in 1949 and W.V.U. in 1957, was a member of the marching band for both, was an Eagle Scout and member of Demalay.

Ronald joined the U.S Army in 1954 and while stationed in Germany for two years, served as a postal clerk.

Ronald was retired Archivist from the National Archives and Record Service in Washington, D.C. He enjoyed his job for more than 30 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Barbara H. (Minehart) Heise.

He is survived by his son, Ronald L. Heise Jr. and wife Donna of Sabillasville, Md.; one grandson, Ronald J. Heise of LeMaster PA; one Aunt, Emma Louise Heise Baker of Bishop Hodge in Wheeling; two cousins, Sandra Baker of Elm Grove and Gary Perovich of Mars, PA; a sister-in-law, Rosemary; and a niece, Susan.

At Ron's request, there will be no visitation or service held.

Arrangements entrusted to Care Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville.
