Cameron Magisterial District.

ED 78. Excludes Cameron Town. Includes East Glen Easton, Glen Easton, Loudenville, and Rock Lick Villages; and Big Run, Brushy Ridge, Burely Ridge, Claston Church, Claston Run, Cox Ridge, Dry Ridge, East Cameron, Gashorn Run, Glen Easton, Gosney Creek, Grave Creek, Green Valley, Jerrill Ridge, Laurel Run, Little Grave Creek Valley, Loudenville Valley, Lough, Lower Fork Ridge, Middle Fork Ridge, Phillips Run, Ramp Valley, Upper Fork Ridge, and Upper Wolf Run Roads. Clay Magisterial District.

ED 80. PART of Moundsville City, Ward 4. Includes 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, Ruby, and Water Streets; and Baker, Jefferson, LaFayette, Morton, Parriott, Purdy, Thompson, Tomlinson, and Weaver Avenues. Part of District outside of City. Includes Kulls Lane; and Big Grave Creek, Fallen Timber, Fork Ridge, Kansas Ridge, Middle Grave Creek, Roberts Ridge, and Round Bottom Roads; and Rosby Rock Village. Franklin Magisterial District.

ED 81. That part of district north of a line beginning at the mouth of Fish Creek and following the same to the mouth of Long Run, thence with Long Run to County bridge thence with Rine Ridge road leading southeast to Rocky Fork and with said Run to Whetstone Run and district line. Includes Cresap Bottom, Fish Creek, Gatts Ridge, Nixon Ridge, Ryans (Rines) Ridge, and Taylor Ridge Roads; and Whetstone Run. [T624/1688, Part 2, Sheets 1-7]

ED 82. That part of district south of a line beginning at the mouth of Fish Creek and following the same to the mouth of Long Run, thence with Long Run to County bridge thence with Rine Ridge road leading southeast to Rocky Fork and with said Run to Whetstone Run and district line. Liberty Magisterial District.

ED 83. All of the district north of a line beginning in district line where Fish Creek crosses line between Liberty and Meade districts thence up said Creek to Hart's Run thence up said run to the Pennsylvania state line. No roads are identified in this ED. [T624/1688, Part 2, Sheets 19-29.]

ED 84. All of the district south of a line beginning in district line where Fish Creek crosses line between Liberty and Meade districts thence up said Creek to Hart's Run thence up said run to the Pennsylvania state line. No roads are identified in this ED. [T624/1688, Part 2, Sheets 30-38.]

Meade Magisterial District.

ED 85. That part of the County between Franklin and Liberty Districts; South of Cameron and Clay Districts; and North of the Wetzel County Line. No roads are identified in the ED. [T624/1688, Part 2, Sheets 39-57.]

Sand Hill Magisterial District.

ED 86. The Northeast part of the County bounded by the Pennsylvania State Line to the East, the Ohio County WV Line to the North, Webster District to the South and Union District to the West. No roads are identified in the ED. [T624/1688. Part 2, Sheets 58-70.]

Union Magisterial District.

ED 87. The Northwest part of the County bounded by Ohio County on the North, Sand hill & Webster Districts to the East, Washington District to the South, and the Ohio River to the West. Excludes Benwood City and McMechen Town. Includes Benwood, Boggs Run, Browns Run, Grave Creek, Handlon, Keltz, Mackey, Mozart, Paw Paw, Pine Hill, Ravenscraft, Rock Hill, Wheeling Creek, and Wheeling & Fairmont Roads. ED 88. Benwood City (part of) Wards 1 and 2. All of Benwood City north of a line beginning where Sixth Street starts at right angle with Ohio River, thence with said Street to the eastern boundary of City. ED 89. Benwood City (part of) Wards 3. 4, & 5. All of Benwood City south of a line beginning where Sixth Street starts at right angle with Ohio River, thence with said Street to the eastern boundary line of City. RON HEISE

RON

     Ronald Louis Heise was born on September 23, 1931 in Wheeling. He graduated from Wheeling High School in 1949 and went to West Virginia University after serving in the U. S. Army for two years. He graduated in l957 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 1957 he was employed as an Archivist by the National Archives in Washington, D. C. and he worked there until retirement in 1988. He married his only wife, Barbara, in 1953 and they reside in Moundsville. They have one son and one grandson.

RONALD LOUIS HEISE, 79, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Tuesday, November 02, 2010, in Heartland Rehabilitation Center, Bridgeport, OH, after a long illness.

Mr. Heise was born September, 23, 1931 in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Louis and Rosella Harangozo Heise.

He attended school in Warwood and Wheeling, graduated from Wheeling High School in 1949 and W.V.U. in 1957, was a member of the marching band for both, was an Eagle Scout and member of Demalay.

Ronald joined the U.S Army in 1954 and while stationed in Germany for two years, served as a postal clerk.

Ronald was retired Archivist from the National Archives and Record Service in Washington, D.C. He enjoyed his job for more than 30 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Barbara H. (Minehart) Heise.

He is survived by his son, Ronald L. Heise Jr. and wife Donna of Sabillasville, Md.; one grandson, Ronald J. Heise of LeMaster PA; one Aunt, Emma Louise Heise Baker of Bishop Hodge in Wheeling; two cousins, Sandra Baker of Elm Grove and Gary Perovich of Mars, PA; a sister-in-law, Rosemary; and a niece, Susan.

At Ron's request, there will be no visitation or service held.

Arrangements entrusted to Care Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville.
